IMPORTANT NOTICE:

• Reservations made less than 48 hours before delivery of the vehicle, ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
• Reservations for 3 days or less, ARE NOT ACCEPTED at the airports

All bookings require an e.mail confirmation that Autos Alex will provide you as soon as possible.

THIS RESERVE INCLUDE:

• Obligatory insurance and Civil liability for damages against third parties arising from the use and circulation of vehicle insurance.
• PAI: Personal Accident Insurance.
• CDW: Collision Damage Waiver WITH excess, when choosing Basic option.
• Cancellation or modification of the reservation free of charge.
• Delivery and collection at the airport between 09:00h to 21: 00h. (Minimum 3 days rental)
• Delivery and collection of the vehicle at the office between 09:00h to 19:00h. (Minimum 2 days rental)
• VAT 21%

INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER:

• Damage on tyres or wheels of the vehicle.
• Underside of the vehicle.
• Traffic fines.
• Damage inside the vehicle.
• Breakage or loss of the key of the vehicle.
• Costs of the tow truck.
• Repair damages if you put wrong fuel.
• Damage to the clutch.
• Accidents related to reckless driving.
• Claims under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.
• Personal things stolen, lost or forgotten.
